Meet Our Doctors
In 1971, Dr Wing first opened our office in downtown Ceres. For a while, he had several satellite offices in Stanislaus County. Eventually he settled in our current location in 1972. Now, Dr Mann and Dr Hsu continue to provide quality eyecare for Ceres and its surrounding areas 48 years later.
Dr Mann
Dr Mann was born and raised in the United Kingdom. She obtained her Optometry Degree with High Honors from Aston University in Birmingham, England.
During her studies, she completed a clinical externship in private optometric practice where she received training in primary care optometry, pediatrics, low vision, binocular vision and contact lenses. Also, while in the UK, she completed a clinical externship in England’s Hospital Eye Service. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, travelling, and sports and fitness. She is fluent in Punjabi.
Dr Hsu
Dr Susan Hsu graduated from Pacific University in Oregon, and has been practicing optometry for 17 years. She completed internships in Ocular Disease, Vision Therapy and Low Vision. She is originally from Las Vegas. She enjoys spending time with her 3 boys and is exceptionally talented in Photography.
